The 11th National Congress of the history of the paper will be held from 17 to 19 June in the file General of Indias of Sevilla.
Congress organized by the Hispanic Association of paper historians, the aim of the Conference is the importance of the Spanish role in trade with the American Indies, since it was essential to maintain the political and human relations between Spain and the Indies.
This Congress is directed above all to archivists, librarians, papermakers and consevadores – restorers of books and documents.
The papers must be sent before April 15. Speakers confirmed to date are Enriqueta Vila, Pedro Rueda and Manuel Ravina among others.
