A non-refundable charge of 100% of the total stay will be made at the time of booking. Any cancellation implies a charge equivalent to 100% of the total. It does not admit modification of the reservation, nor return of the amounts in any circumstance.
The name of the holder of the reservation must match the name of the credit or debit card used to make the reservation. This card must be presented at check-in. In the case of a reservation modification, the hotel may consider said reservation as a new reservation, being able to update the rate according to prices, availability and conditions established on the day the modification is made. All those reservations that do not show up at the hotel will have a charge equivalent to 100% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of early departure, the total stay will be charged as a penalty.
The cancellation of a reservation at any time, after its completion or the non-presentation (No Show), will entail 100% cancellation fees.
Deposit: The hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation at any time after making the reservation. 100% non-refundable amount. It is possible that the hotel charges the amount of 50% of the stay at any time after making the reservation and the rest, at least one month before arrival, if this payment plan is established.
Application dates:
For Easter these conditions will be applicable to all reservations between Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday included, requiring a minimum stay of 3 nights.
In the case of the April Fair, it will be applied to reservations whose purpose is to stay during said week.
For other special dates, be it Valentine’s Day, the Seville Marathon, long weekends, holidays or special events, Christmas or New Year’s Eve, it will also apply to reservations whose purpose is to stay during those dates.
