In the V Pastry Lent Fair of Seville, we can know and taste the pastry present in these dates throughout the province of Seville. These flavors can make us go back in time, as some of the recipes have survived over the years.
These are some of the pastry products that re-emerge every year during Holy Week and are part of the history of our province: buñuelos, torrijas, cocochas, gañotes and pestiños.
V Pastry Lent Fair of Seville – 2018
The great gastronomic offer, and the great amount of culture and history that surrounds our environment, makes it worth visiting each of the Sevillian municipalities.
This fair organized by Prodetur, will be held in the Patio de la Diputación de Sevilla (Avenida Menéndez Pelayo, 32), the entrance will be free for all attendees and can be visited from Friday 16 to Sunday 18.
