The legionary arrives at the Teatro Lope de Vega in Seville next Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September 2015. During these two days, the actress María Barranco Hortensia Romero will play The Legionary under the direction of Manuel Iborra.
María Barranco will act alone to mode of monologue in which will be the life of the protagonist of the novel the thousand nights of Hortensia Romero of the author Fernando Quiñones.
The Legionary
Hortensia Romero is the protagonist of the tragicomedy written by Quiñones in the year 1978. Hortensia acquires his nickname from the legionary after eloping with a Legionary to Seville where he became the prostuticion close to the Alamerda of Hercules.
The play is an adaptation of the story in which María Barranco, tarves of memories, will interpret the life of the character, will be the most important moments of this and those who have accompanied him throughout his life.
The work will last environment to one hour and a quarter and will have two sessions; the first Saturday of September 26 at 20.30 hours and the second on Sunday September 27 at 19.30 hours. Tickets available online and at the tickets office of the Teatro Lope de Vega at prices that they oscillate between 4 and 21 euros.
