The C.E.A.R. of La Cartuja organizes a Remo Stage for children’s and Juniors by one week, from 6 to 12 July.
The aim of this event is to improve rowing technique to lay a good foundation that allows them to a future development as excellent rowers.
There will be two daily sessions of technical training in high competition such as Skiff, men’s double sculls, women’s quadruple sculls boat…
Workouts on water will be directed from a catamaran for the trainer. There will also be technical sessions on Earth such as technical explanations, videos, remoergómetro, etc. It will be directed by Carlos Molina, director of the CEAR, national coach of rowing, Master in high performance sports, with extensive experience in the training of young paddlers.
Requirements, prices and elements comprising.
Age: 13 to 15 years, must be federated and having participated in any competition this season I above. You should know to swim and be motivated to become a good remeroa.
The Campus full price: € 465,00
This price includes:
-Accommodation on board full (triple rooms) at all times there will be a monitor held by the members of the group.
-Transfers from the aeropuertoestacion to the CEAR and vice versa.
-Complementary activities and accident insurance.
For non-hosted, the price is € 285,00 (does not include accommodation or food)
