110th Anniversary of the Michelin Guide
In this gala presentation, which will coincide with the 110th anniversary of the guide, will be known which are the restaurants that receive the prestigious distinction of the Michelin star. In the last ten years Andalusia has gone from having eight restaurants with stars in the Michelin guide of 2009 to 18 establishments awarded in the 2019 guide.
In addition to the Michelin stars, there will be the presence of Bib Gourmand and Michelin Plato chefs, thus giving visibility to all the categories of the selection. At the gala dinner you can taste the creations that several Andalusian star chefs will prepare.
The venue chosen to celebrate the ceremony is the Lope de Vega Theater and the Exhibition Casino.
