This Summit will take place from 24 to 26 January 2019 in the Palace of exhibitions and congresses in Seville (FIBES).

The event will be chaired by King Felipe VI, president in addition to the honorary committee of the international forum.
It will be held at the Palace of Exhibitions and Conferences of Seville (FIBES) on January 24 and 26, in which the representatives of cities, institutions and companies from all over the world will gather.
The event will launch the fifth centenary of the first round the world of Fernando de Magallanes and Juan Sebastián Elcano from the years 1519 and 1522.
In the first edition, 150 local government delegations were brought together, reaching more than twenty agreements between cities and actions were carried out at the environmental, economic, technological and social levels.
The last summit would lead to the Seville Declaration with ten objectives for the sustainable, smart and inclusive development of cities. It is expected that this year’s event will achieve productivity similar to that of then.
