Seville will host the gastronomic flavours of the province from September 25 to October 4, 2015.
Prodetur and the Business Association of HOSTELERÍA of Seville have been responsible for organizing these workshops in which the capital and the province catering establishments, will offer a sample of the most representative dishes of the different regions of the province.
Establishments where the flavors of the 2015 province held
A total of thirteen establishments will hold these gastronomic offering traditional dishes that represent the identity of a certain comarma Seville.
The vast majority of restaurants with this event are in the Sevillian capital, these are: Casa Robles, Robles Placentines, Liceo Triana, Hostería del Prado, Oriza, Barabbas, Berrocal, the weather vane, Doña Elvira, Bar Europe and Meson Espolaina.
Other three restaurants are located in the province, in particular La Pachanga and Manolo Mayo in the town of Los Palacios and Villafranca and the restaurant in the Puebla de los Infantes Agredano.
The cuisine is a symbol of identity in our province. Do not miss the opportunity to taste the dishes and recipes more northeastern region.
